With every fitness article you scrawl over looking for fat loss information, you’ll see experts say that abs are made in the kitchen, and they’re not wrong. The most essential weight loss component to weight loss is a clean, strict eating program with the proper foods, nutrients and vitamins to transform to a fitter and healthier you.

Macronutrients are the essential components of your diet, and together they contribute to the number of calories you consume. The three macronutrients are: proteins, which consist of amino acids vital for muscle repair and growth, carbohydrates, which provide the body with energy, and fat, which contains essential amino acids vital for health. Together they make up all the calories, or food energy, in the food you eat. They're important to distinguish because each has a different role in the body.
